"Good News If You Often Feel Rejected" - revealed in my recent article (See link below). Rejection is processed by the same part of the brain as the pain of labor and a blow to the stomach. This article addresses an interesting feature of feeling rejected: it's often the result of a misinterpretation of other people's behavior. Nonetheless, we never find out and, therefore, process it as if it's real - often creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The article will help people understand how this happens, and prevent themselves (and their kids) from falling into this trap.
There are also tips for the rejection-sensitive that will help people react in ways that make others friendlier towards them.
